1. Are your herbal products safe to use?

A. Since the products we are currently promoting are dermatologically tested and contain herbal ingredients, we ensure you that these are completely safe to use. Although these products might not be suitable to specific skin type, we recommend you to first check the whole list of contents, and directions of use. Also make sure that you use a little amount on your skin's small surface area for further precautions from potential damage, which is least likely though.

2. Can I get free samples?

A. No, we do not keep any free samples to distribute. Though if someone is eager to try first, he or she may initially order the products in small quantity then go for more if that seems up to the mark. If we ever come up with this kind of scheme we would surely let you know.

3. Do you have any retail store?

A. No, we do not have any retail store at present. Though we would inform you if we ever have any shop in the near future via the email ID you have shared with us during account creation or subscription.

4. Can I send the products to different locations at a single time?

A. One is free to send these herbal products to more than one geographical location, provided that they have to manually edit the address section each time they buy anything. We do not facilitate multiple shipping at a single time.

5. How much safe is my personal data?

A. Your private details are kept safe in our database. We do not distribute it anywhere for commercial gain, other than the obvious use for delivery purposes. Other than just your basic details, we refrain ourselves from keeping your Credit card information for permanent storage. Your card details are with us during the transaction only and that too in an encrypted form using SSL. You may see more information in our Privacy Policy section.

6. Is there any provision of product cancellation?

A. Yes, we have the provision of product cancellation, but for very limited time range. You are supposed to cancel the product before it is dispatched from our warehouse that roughly happens within the first 24 hours of purchase. So, you need to stay prompt and contact us soon as you can. We also do not allow cancellation twice. Therefore, if you have already cancelled an order, purchased another product, and intend to cancel one more time, you won't be allowed to execute this activity the next time.
