The Return Policy explains all the norms that are allowed or disallowed while returning the products back and/or ask for money back. The refund procedure may not necessarily require to return back the products. There are cases that might arise in between and obstruct our smooth procedure. Kindly read the forthcoming paragraphs to understand it more clearly.
We will accept your returns only if your products were found damaged, or were incorrect in terms of size/quantity, count, and/or type. You will be given the choice to wait for the re-arrival of the products or ask for money back.
We do NOT accept the returns if the products were found completely fine and you simply gave us back because you changed your mind. If there is any issue, kindly give back the package in the exact manner you found them in the first place. After a thorough investigation only we will refund the money that includes the original cost price at the moment you bought them. This will not include the shipping cost that you paid extra previously. Moreover, you will also have to spend on packing, handling, and shipping charges while returning back the goods.
We will also refund the money if you waited for so long and didn't receive the parcel despite writing the correct and complete postal address. We can resend the package if you ask for it. But we won't be able to assist you for a refund (or resend) if you mentioned the wrong address and couldn't receive the goods because of it, OR the products were fine when you received them but were (accidentally) broken later. In the former case, you will have to make a fresh purchase once again with the precise mailing address.
After when your case is proven to be genuine, and you chose to get your money back, we would soon start the process of refund in the exact manner in which the original payment was made and that is swift in general. Nevertheless, this might take extra days to reflect in your Credit card account. If the delay is more than expected duration (10 to 15 days), please contact the respective authorities.
Cancellations
We allow the cancellations only if the decision is prompt and the products are hence not dispatched yet. If you are late enough and the transmission has been already initiated, we won't be able to help you to cancel your order.
