Shipping Policy

The Shipping Policy is there to explain the different types of package transmission we have, the time period/cost it takes to carry it, and a number of different circumstances that may/might likely arise.

Types of Shipping

We provide Registered mail and Express mail. The Registered mail takes around 7 to 10 business days to deliver the products, whereas the Express mail require 3 to 5 business days for a successful delivery. The cost is more in the Express shipping since it is faster than its Registered (default) counterpart and has to be opted explicitly. In both the cases, the charges vary with time and geographic location, and that would be added after a confirmed checkout. The procedure is strictly followed only during the business hours, and won't be carried during weekends and public holidays. Therefore, if someone ordered something during odd hours or offs, he/she has to wait for the next business day for process continuation.

Please ensure us that the written address is complete and correct so that your parcel could be delivered smoothly at the right destination. Moreover, also make certain that you or someone else is present in your home to take the package; else that would be kept in the post office of your locality whose contact details could be shared by us, if asked.

The local courier/post office may ask you to pay extra as import duties/taxes/service charges as part of the rules being set by your country. It does not include the shipping charges you pay while purchasing our product since that would cover only those costs that require for transmitting the package from source country/state to the destination country/state. The rest is done by the country's respective post office authorities. If you refuse to give them the required payment they might not give you the parcel. So, to avoid such conflicts you are always requested to cooperate.

Also, ensure that you are aware of all the import norms your country may have set that might not include the import of our herbal products. This would not let us deliver the parcel and your payment would go wasted. Since it would be considered as negligence on your part we won't be able to assist you further.

The whereabouts of your package would be transparent throughout. The tracking URL we would be provided to you after the dispatch from our warehouse via the email address.

Unexpected conditions

We cannot guarantee that natural calamities or human-based hindrance won't occur ever. Hence, cases like earthquakes, floods, tsunami, OR riots, nuclear explosion, fire, etc. might take place in any part of the world to which we would not be having any practical control. What we would do is to wait for few more days for such situations to subside, or refund back our customer's money in full if it doesn't.

As a result of the COVID-19, we are facing difficulty in delivering on time. There may be a delay in the process until this condition improves. We request your cooperation and support.
